Class Descriptions
All Levels Hatha Yoga
This class is for all levels of practice, new to continuing students. Breath-work, proper alignment and understanding the postures will be emphasized. Restorative postures and a deep relaxation will be included to bring harmony and peace to the whole being.
Level I/II Hatha Yoga
This class is a deeper exploration of the basics. There will be more emphasis on backbends and inversions and "fun" as we challenge our minds and body.Gentle Restorative Yoga
A beginning yoga class incorporating basic breathing practices, fundamental postures and stress management techniques. This is perfect for those new to yoga or those looking for a more gentle practice.Hot Yoga begins January 17, 7 - 8:15pm
This class will be a vigorous flow in a heated room. It will be a weekly punchcard class but please let us know if you plan to attend. When studio space becomes available we hope to add a second class during the daytime.
Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama
This class will begin with a 15 minutes meditation and pranayama practice followed by yoga postures and ending with a deep relaxation.Yoga in Sewickley will travel
Our instructors are available to come to your home, office or organization for private or group sessions. Showers, birthday parties and other celebrations are also offered.Yoga Flow
A flow style class is great for both new students and returning. Class will begin with a warm up, moving into a vinyasa flow where postures are linked together for an energetic practice which will develop both stamina and strength. Session will conclude with a deep relaxation.
